01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dl777 platform and all related services. dl777 is an online gaming platform that provides casino, sports betting and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

dl777 supports the popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all payment methods).
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Your balance cannot be used until a deposit has been confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Any amount subject to a bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

dl777 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has its own specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (bonus amount plus deposit amount).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
• If the set period for meeting the wagering requirement expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze tier: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver tier: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold tier: weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum tier: weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
• Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's gaming activity and history.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A player cannot use more than one bonus at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are fair and cannot be altered.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, dl777 will review the progress of that game and resolve it reasonably.

• The use of software bots, automation tools or any other technological advantage during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Sports Betting: If the outcome of a match changes after a bet has been placed (for example, a rescheduled match), dl777 will settle it in accordance with its policy.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dl777 platform. Violating these rules will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Fraudulent activity involving the game system or software.
• Bonus abuse or use of coordinated fraudulent strategies.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour towards other players.
• Misconduct towards dl777 staff or representatives.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

dl777 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and all wagering requirements have been met, it will be paid out in accordance with the applicable policy.

09 Privacy and Data Protection
